SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

RC Microverse currently ships physical products within the United States.

Processing and Fulfillment

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Custom, made-to-order, or unusually large orders may require additional processing time. If additional time is needed, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the expected delay.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method and order.

RC Microverse may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable shipping promotion will be displayed during checkout or communicated as part of the promotion.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email after your order ships.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

RC Microverse is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at rcmicroverse@gmail.com. We will work with you and, when appropriate, the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please retain the packaging and take photographs of the package and product. These may be requested when investigating a shipping claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to RC Microverse because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

International Shipping

RC Microverse currently does not offer international shipping. This may change in the future.
