Logistics & Terms
- Holds/retainer: 25% to book** (applies to balance) - Security deposit: $100 (damage/loss; refundable)
- Travel: The first 25 miles from Red Oak, TX are included, then $2.00 per mile (delivery trip only) - Setup/teardown: 30 - 45 min each side (off-clock)
- Space needed: 14×20 ft clear, level space - 7ft wide doorway required for indoor placement of current setup

- 7+ days = full retainer refund
- 2–6 days = 50% refund
- <48 hrs. = retainer forfeited
